The combination of nature and walking can also lead to deeper insight for you.
During the pandemic, clients were not able to visit me in person in my office, and instead were limited to zoom and other video platforms for therapy. Some clients found it frustrating to do therapy only online. So to help keep everyone safe and do in-person therapy, I discovered we could do sessions together safely outside.
When I started to return to the office to do therapy in person, I discovered that most of my clients preferred to stay online because of the comfort and convenience.I started offering walk and talk out of necessity, I now continue to offer it as it turns out to have many incredible benefits for clients.
